Responsibilities Personnel Administration and Management Leads in administering programs concerning equal opportunity, merit promotion, employee/labor-management relations and position management Space management Approving supply orders and resource management Budgeting/Financial Management Maintains awareness of available resources and makes recommendations regarding needs and distribution Gathering and analyzing budget needs Maintains internal controls for fiscal management Assembles and compiles budget information Procurement/Contracting Manages procurement and contracting for the service Prepares procurement requests and evaluates proposals for work Initiates and prepares contracts Performs other related duties as assigned.
