Floater Administrative Assistant

Location: 7345 Canyon Park Drive Compensation: $14$16/hour Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Child care experience preferred.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Floater Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations in both areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties:
  • Manage and maintain child files with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process.
  • Support the administration of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), ensuring compliance with program requirements.
• Classroom Support:
  • Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day.
  • Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus.
