Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant (Product Management Department)

Location: Administrative Assistant

Assignment Duration: Approximately 2 months

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22 – $23/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Product Management team during a 2-month leave coverage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has strong administrative and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties to support the Product Management department

• Enter and analyze data; assist with generating and reviewing reports

• Utilize Microsoft Excel at a proficient level, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Communicate clearly with internal teams

• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative office setting

• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)

• Strong data entry and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High attention to detail

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
