Job Details We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage audit engagements, working closely with clients across various industries to provide high-quality assurance services. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing audits while mentoring and supervising junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards and client expectations.
- Review financial statements, internal controls, and accounting records to assess accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and resolve audit issues while providing valuable insights to clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Stay up to date on accounting and auditing standards, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification or progress toward completion preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
