What You’ll Do:

As an Accounting and Finance Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, candidates, and internal team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates for finance and accounting positions through strategic outreach: online platforms, cold calls, networking, referrals, career fairs, etc.
  • Screen, interview, and hire candidates, matching the right talent with the right opportunity.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments including skills testing, background checks, employment verifications, and drug screenings.
  • Market candidates to clients and present staffing solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Build relationships professionals while managing a high-volume talent pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving work environment.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred; experience in staffing or agency environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance roles and the types of clients that hire for them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn staffing software quickly.
