Job Description
The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team. In this role,
you’ll be the key point of contact for our partner venues, ensuring a smooth onboarding process,
strong brand presence, and successful promotions that maximize fan engagement.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate onboarding of new bar/restaurant
accounts.
Work closely with locations to gather setup details and optimize their presence on the
FrontRow Fan app.
Track and confirm the ordering, delivery, and display of Point-of-Sale (POS)
materials.
Monitor inventory of promotional collateral and anticipate restock needs.
Partner with locations and distributors to plan and execute on-site promotions and
events.
Provide ongoing support to ensure venues are driving engagement and seeing ROI.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or hospitality
partnerships.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships
with GMs, owners, and staff.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and tracking systems.
Passion for sports, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus.
Compensation Benefits
� Base Salary: $60,000
