Job Title : Bookkeeper

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving financial processes. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Analyze, update, and maintain accurate balance sheet entries in QuickBooks Online and assist in transitioning to a new cloud-based accounting platform.
• Offer insights and recommendations for selecting a new cloud-based accounting system and support the transition process.
• Collaborate with CPA to manage quarterly tax filings and year-end W2 preparation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize accounting workflows.

Qualifications :

• At least 3+ years of general ledger (GL) accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial principles and reporting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and adaptable to new accounting software. Experience with cloud-based platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• A proactive mindset with a knack for finding solutions and streamlining processes.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
