2nd Shift: Monday- Wednesday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Oversee and ensure accuracy and quality of all outbound processes, including picking, packing, loading, and transportation.
• Manage and approve schedules for outbound carriers.
• Liaise with outbound carriers to ensure accurate shipment handoff and data processing.
• Prepare loads, schedule Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, stack pallets, wrap, and load goods.
• Oversee the process for dunnage, tape & seal, and shipment label accuracy.
• Complete and maintain DOT HazMat Certification and ensure staff training.
• Identify and resolve issues related to discrepancies, system processing, and operational challenges.
• Record, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs); collaborate with management to resolve performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to department processes and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Safeguard warehouse operations by monitoring security protocols.
• Drive process improvements and standardization within the warehouse, including employee training.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and provide leadership and coaching to the site-based team.

• 5+ years of management and/or leadership experience in logistics.
• Undergraduate degree preferred, or relevant experience in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement experience is a plus.
• Experience with Dangerous Goods shipping is a plus.
