Hiring Immediately - Production Assembler Jobs - Fairfield, OH:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Production Assembler jobs in Fairfield, OH. As a Production Assembler on our bottling line, you will be a key part of our manufacturing team. Your responsibilities will include loading empty bottles onto the line, ensuring they feed correctly to be filled, and placing pumps into bottles. You will also inspect products as they move through the production line, from labeling to final packing, and pack each order into specific boxes to prepare for shipment. Weekly pay starting at $17/hr and great benefits available!


Skills and Qualifications:

• No prior production experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Load empty bottles into the bottle loader and monitor the line.
• Place pumps into bottles containing cleaning solution.
• Measure and record torque for each bottle according to order specifications.
• Inspect product throughout the production process.
• Pack finished orders into order-specific boxes for shipment.

Schedule

This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime and Saturday work. Pay is issued weekly.
